Ghostproofing

The Unheard Room:

A Group Therapy Series for Women Healing from Ghosting & Silence

You were left without an explanation. Now you’re left holding all the feelings.

Ghosting. Stonewalling. Silence that stretches into shame.
If you've been left on read, shut out, or cut off emotionally—especially after vulnerability—you know the pain isn't just confusion. It's a kind of grief that doesn’t get named.

But here, in The Unheard Room, we name it.

This therapist-led group therapy session is for women who are tired of carrying the impact of ghosting alone. Whether it happened in a romantic relationship, a friendship, or even within family—your story deserves space, care, and community.

 What We'll Explore:

  • Why ghosting hurts so deeply — from an attachment and trauma-informed lens

  • How emotional silence becomes a form of power and control

  • The nervous system's response to ambiguous loss and rejection

  • Rebuilding trust in your own perceptions, needs, and boundaries

 What You’ll Experience:

  • A supportive, confidential space to process your story

  • Validation from others who get it

  • Gentle tools for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and boundary repair

  • A reminder that you are not too much—and you were never invisible

🗓 Session Details:

Date: summer dates TBD (coming soon)
Format: virtual
Cost: five sessions for $275

LivingRoom Wellness is situated upon the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which was an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabek to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. This land is covered by the Between the Lakes Purchase, 1792, between the Crown and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. The region is home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. I strive to do more and learn more about the rich history of this land so that I can better understand roles as a resident, neighbour, collaborater, and caretaker. Furthermore, this learning will deepen my understanding of my privileges as a settler on this territory.
