Beginner Power Vinyasa Yoga Series:

May 2 -May 23rd from 6pm-7pm every Thursday.

Retrieve your inner athlete & flexibility from loss to found, strengthen your body, cool your jets, and skyrocket your esteem. 

Building practice from ground up covering basic instruction, alignment, and breathing. Simple, seamless flow for anyone. No pre-Yoga necessary. Especially open for the stiff, tight and tired crowd.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Adapted, Part II

Tuesdays, 6-7:30 pm, May 7, 14, 21 and 28

Pre-requisite course is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Adapted, Part I 

If you are looking to continue integrating mindfulness into your daily life and have completed Part I, we welcome your participation in our four-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Part II.

For over 30 years more than 18,000 people have completed the mindfulness-based stress reduction program originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn out of the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical School. Through Full Spectrum Wellness, we offer the program in segments, to best work with your busy schedule.

In Part II, your current practice of mindfulness will be refreshed and supplemented.  We will also cover the following areas:

Communication and Relationships

Working with Emotions

Connecting with the Wandering Mind

Mind/Body Methods to Become Present

Bandilates Workout and Social Workshop!

 "Come in and try  Bandilates Workout which combines traditonal mat pilates exercises with unique moves which require the use of resistance bands (mats, water and resistance bands are provided). It is about an hour long and is a total body workout which is finished with stretches from physical therapy and yoga. 

Meet other people at the social hour (light refreshments provided) after a workout".

You can come just to workout, socialize or do both. The price for just workout part of the event or the social hour is $15 per each or buy them both for $20.
